About Gellibrand Pottery
Gellibrand Pottery was formed as a living response to disconnection, land degeneration, artistic freedom and the failure of imposed systems. We exist to hold space for creativity, art, remembrance, kinship, storytelling, community and healing through all projects offered under our Association. Membership is required to engage, as Gellibrand Pottery does not trade with the public.
- Acknowledgment: We honour and respect the traditional custodians of all lands, waters, and communities.
- Purpose: To provide a safe, inclusive environment for art, creativity, land regeneration, connection, and collective healing.
Membership Terms
- Membership is free and grants lifetime access to participate in Gellibrand Pottery projects, gatherings, resources, and offerings.
- Membership may be resigned at any time with written notice; upon resignation, all access is suspended.

Statement of Being
Gellibrand Pottery is a non-profit, non-government, unincorporated association created for the benefit of its members and the wider community. All contributions exchanged for resources, activities, or consultancy support current and future projects.
We honour kinship, Country, land, sea, nature, and the First Peoples of this land. There are more than 250 distinct First Nations language groups across what is commonly called Australia, each with its own clans, dialects, and cultural practices. Gellibrand Pottery acknowledges and walks with all Nations, including Yidinji (Malanbarra Yidinji) and Bundjalung, among the largest groups of north-eastern NSW and south-eastern Queensland. We give respect and gratitude to all traditional custodians, and extend our recognition to all peoples, flora, fauna, and creation beyond.
